Arrived very late

I was expecting this within 7-10 days of me ordering the item.
I ordered it on the 29th of April so I expect it on the 9th of may but I didn’t receive it.
It was shipped on the 4th of may so I gave them the benifit of the doubt and expect to receive it on the 14th but it still didn’t arrive.
It a very high quality dress but I did end up receiving it until the 28th of may nearly a month later after I ordered it.
