Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to complete its process and refund the payment.
Returns
- Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please handle all goods with care and take necessary precautions to ensure they are returned to us in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, within 14 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right not to process a return if the item is not received within 14 days.
- To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (Email or screenshot)
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be applicable.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We offer a full refund for online purchases returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.

2) We will review the return request and reply to you within the next 24 - 48 hours.
3) If we approve your request, you can prepare your items and deliver it back to us.

By placing an order on Meliza Modesty you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Meliza Modesty due to your own reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return the payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then check your bank card balance, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
